Conference 2009
Samaggi Samagom, in collaboration with the Thai Society of Cambridge University organised the 2nd Samaggi Academic Conference on 7-8 February 2009.
The theme of the conference was 'Solutions for Thailand: How can we change Thailand in the next decade?'. The event was the biggest academic event for Thai students in the UK in 2009.
The conference includes:
- Invited plenary talks and debates by distinguished speakers from research, industrial and education sectors
- Academic presentations (including poster presentation)
- Presentation by the winners of Essay Competition
- Guided tour of Cambridge historical city;
- Dining in a Cambridge College formal hall with the plenary speakers.
Academic papers and selected essays were presented at the conference.
