Contact University's representatives, rights to appeal (general guidelines)

Generally, if you have any school-related inquiries or problems, it is best to contact the university/school directly. Information can usually be found on your school’s website. It should tell you where to start and the person you have to contact.

With regard to your exam results, if you believe you have good grounds for appealing against the decision of the board of examiners, again you should find out from the school’s website, and follow the procedures therein.
Note that although there are some successful appeals, these are rare exceptions. This is because examiners tend to have wide discretion on how they mark your exams/papers and your university/school prefers not to interfere with it.
